What are your remote actions, then? Jean: Keep Norton moving in a putting-together-and-reanimating corpses direction. Use Jeremiah to fill in any major gaps caused by loss of sanity. If I see any sign of the son of Gerard, warn the assassin's guild. (Keep the Dancer's guild informed that they should keep an eye out for him, but consider him quite dangerous.) Cagliostro: > Any strategies to deal with your daughter? Hm - mostly time. It would be good if they could find something to work together on, either as a collaboration, something he could teach her, or the other way around. One thing that might be of interest to her (and is to Cagliostro) is whether Cobalt is suffering from the lack of birds and fishes as other places is. > Any interest in the spiral? The Spiral has caused a large interrupt in Caglistro's plans - basically, he's just gotten wrapped up on it to the exclusion of other thoughts. I (Sam) assume it's a fantastically intricate magical working, of a scale previously unconcieved by Cagliostro. He's very interested in: 1) What the Spiral actually does (the end result of the working) 2) How it was put together (what techniques can he learn or study later) The time pressure comes from Cagliostro being fascinated and not sure how long the net will stay on. If he finds out that the net is a longer term thing, the obsession level will ratchet down. But he's too obsessed to ask. ;) > What are your plans? 1) Determine what can be understood about the Spiral with the net in its current place 2) Try to convince someone to shift the net so the other parts of the Spiral become visible (the amoutn covered by net is hopefully a fairly small fraction of the total spiral) 3) Check in with people who are healing - Roland, Tate, etc. 4) Spend time with daughter, hopefully working together on some project (peppered with colorful and charming Cagliostro stories.) Cagliostro's going to continue to duck calls from his demons - he's wants to try to figure out what their relationship is, and what holes exist in his memory first. If a rapport can be established, that memory issue might be something else that Cagliostro would want to talk to his daughter about - but he's got old reflexes against admitting weakness and ignorance.
