(09:02:41 PM) dkap: Brand: Mostly, yes. And a lack of oxygen. Apparently all the systems shut down, and that made them all a bit crazy.
(09:03:13 PM) Cagliostro: "There does seem to have been some rather egregious trauma to the multiverse. Unfortunately, my seer tore his own eyes out and went insane. I'm not sure of the ordering, actually. Regardless, it has clouded my ability to see what has happened."

(09:11:26 PM) dkap: Brand: It's only useful to fix the ship, if there is a place to fly it.
(09:12:04 PM) Cagliostro: gm: cagliostro will call his daughter and let her know that the ship's mechanisms appear to fail in our realm, so Kaylee should be told that the ship's problems are a local phenomenon and not her fault.

(09:13:01 PM) dkap: Your daughter is more than willing to let _you_ take that responsibility to convey it to Kaylee, she isn't willing to risk breaking the girl's heart, further.

(09:20:31 PM) dkap: I'm pretty sure he mentioned that 'If the eyes are glowing, it might not be a good idea, unless it's a true emergency."

(09:23:59 PM) Cagliostro: "It's not -good-. I'm not sure what it means, other than that Colin said not to use them except during a true emergency. And if this qualifies, he's probably busy."

(09:26:23 PM) dkap: She will need some assistance, but she thinks she can walk on her own.

(09:28:06 PM) Meiglan: Meiglan will assist her as needed. Who else is still on the ship that she would be aware of? Also asking Zoe as well since she's conscious and all.

(09:30:13 PM) Meiglan: Mei doens't know any of them, but will have Zoe do a head count once they are outside to see if anyone is missing.
(09:30:47 PM) dkap: Right. You were told that the mangled body Delna was dealing with was Jayne. The one that might have been Embraced?
(09:32:06 PM) Meiglan: ahh that's right. I'll let her know that Jayne had been seriously injured but was being taken care of...and not go into great detail.
(09:34:21 PM) dkap: Good good. As you get her out, Mal has already dragged himself out, and the Doc is tending him.
(09:36:24 PM) Delna: I don't believe that Delna had the chance to try to go with the Count to 'fix up' Jayne.. though she would have if she could. Barring that option she would have wandered in to try and find them and see what happened to Jayne
(09:37:10 PM) dkap: Jayne's body ... did you leave that behind? Or incinerate it, so there were no left-overs?
(09:38:32 PM) Cagliostro: I can't see any reason why Cagliostro would have spent the effort - I could be wrong.
(09:38:44 PM) Cagliostro: i don't think the presence of the body is likely to freak anyone out.

(09:45:28 PM) Meiglan: She'll try to reassure her that it's not as bad as it looks.....errr...well, decapitation isn't the handicap it used to be....she's so not good at this reassurance thing.

(09:54:52 PM) Meiglan: Meiglan has no idea why Jayne's head is separated from his body...she just figures saying their both outside is the best way to get Mal out of the ship.

(09:57:03 PM) Meiglan: In that case she'll try to convince him to get outside and she'll search for the head. If that doesn't work she'll ask where Inara and Kaylee could be since both seem to still be missing, according to Zoe.
(09:57:12 PM) dkap: Brand: Norton is a good egg. If he needs help, I'll keep the crew in line and have them help with the resettling. Do you need a crew of folks, who are willing to do things, just outside of laws and regulations?

Just believe me when I guarantee to you that Zoe is fine and your frustrations would be better spent on other members of your crew. I too have great skill in my own way, and I have never been wrong in my premonitions"
(09:57:49 PM) dkap: Right, he insists on searching for the head, until you mention Inara. Then he will be insistent on his search for her.

(09:59:11 PM) dkap: He is leaking quite a bit, and seems not to have lower body function much. He''s dragging himself, rather than walking.

(11:00:25 PM) dkap: And sky above him, where, obviously, he was expecting a shuttle.

(11:10:08 PM) dkap: You clamber up to him, to pull him to someplace stable. Just before you manage to get a hand around him he managed to do a one-handed pull-up, and get a better grip for himself, but, unfortunately, pulling himself just out of your reach.

(11:20:21 PM) Meiglan: And does so, hurrying back towards where Kaylee is. Not hard to find, considering she's probably still weeping and wailing.
